Kuyaziwa ukuba kukho inketho ezininzi zokupheka i-pilaf , kwaye nganye yeentlobo zayo eziqholiweyo nezondlobileyo zinobuchule bayo bokupheka. Classic Biriani pilaf
Ukuvelisa iresiphi yasekuqaleni yokutya kwamaNdiya ayilula kakhulu kwiimeko zethu, kodwa ukhetho oluninzi kakhulu lunokwenzeka kwaye lufikeleleka phantse nayiphi na i-hostess.

- imbewu ye-coriander - 2 tbsp. iipuni;

- I-ginger eyomileyo - 1/2 tbsp. iipuni;

- isinamon - i-pinch;
- amaqabunga e-bay - 3-4 ama-pcs.
Ukulungiselela
Masiqale ukupheka ngomxube wezonunci i-garam-masala, kuba kufuneka utshise zonke iziqholo kwi-pan yokucima, ngaphandle kwe-ginger, ukucima imbewu yekhadiyamom kwiifilimu kwaye ugaye umxube ococekileyo nge-blender, okanye kumdaka.
Ngoku unako ukuya kwi-biriani. Ama-anyanisi anqunywe ngamacangci aqingatha, inyama yenkukhu ihlanjululwa ngamafutha kunye nefilimu kwaye igalelwe iinqununu ezinkulu.
